Courier Coordinator in Shan, India


We are hiring a dependable and efficient Courier Coordinator to join our team in Shan, India. As a Courier Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing the delivery of packages and documents to clients in a timely and professional manner.

Responsibilities:
- Receive and process delivery requests from clients via phone or email
- Assign delivery tasks to couriers based on location, urgency, and availability
- Communicate with couriers to ensure timely pickup and delivery of packages
- Monitor the progress of deliveries and provide updates to clients as needed
- Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, including client information and delivery details
- Troubleshoot any issues or delays that may occur during the delivery process
- Collaborate with other team members to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional training or certification in logistics is a plus
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic computer skills for data entry and tracking deliveries
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary
