Head Baker


We are looking for an experienced Head Baker to join our bakery team in Gujrat. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire baking process, from mixing ingredients to producing high-quality baked goods. This is a full-time position with a salary of $900 per month.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the daily operations of the bakery
- Create and implement baking recipes and techniques
- Oversee all aspects of production, ensuring quality and consistency
- Train and supervise other bakers and kitchen staff
- Maintain inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Collaborate with management on menu development and pricing strategies

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a baker in a professional kitchen
- Proven track record of producing high-quality baked goods
- Excellent knowledge of baking techniques, ingredients, and equipment
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Flexibility to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
- Preference will be given to candidates with accommodation options
