Job Title: Finisher - Alta, Norway


We are in search of a skilled and experienced Finisher to join our team in Alta, Norway. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final stages of construction projects, ensuring they meet high quality standards and are ready for use. Your main duties will include sanding, painting, staining, and applying finishes to various surfaces such as wood, metal, and concrete.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces for finishing by cleaning, sanding, and filling in any imperfections
- Apply paints, stains, and varnishes using brushes or spray guns
- Ensure all finishes are applied evenly and appropriately to achieve desired results
- Inspect finished products for flaws or defects and make necessary touch-ups or repairs
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Follow safety guidelines and wear appropriate protective equipment when working with hazardous materials

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Finisher in a construction or manufacturing setting
- Proficient in using various finishing tools such as sanders, sprayers, brushes, etc.
- Knowledgeable about different types of finishes and their application methods
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints or instructions
- Good physical stamina and dexterity to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail with a strong focus on quality craftsmanship
- Excellent time management skills to meet deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position. Additionally, accommodation will be provided for all nationalities.
