We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Librarian to join our team at the Vianden Public Library. As a Librarian, you will be responsible for managing the library's collection, assisting patrons with research and reference inquiries, and organizing educational programs and events. The ideal candidate will have experience working in a library setting, excellent communication and customer service skills, and a passion for promoting literacy and learning. This position offers a salary of 1100$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the library's collection by cataloging, shelving, and maintaining an accurate inventory
- Assist patrons with research and reference inquiries in person, over the phone, or via email
- Develop and implement educational programs and events for all ages
- Promote library resources and services through social media, flyers, and other promotional materials
- Oversee circulation activities such as checking books in/out, collecting fines/fees, and issuing library cards
- Train new staff members on library policies, procedures, and software systems
- Collaborate with other librarians to plan and execute community outreach initiatives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Library Science or related field preferred
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a library setting
- Excellent communication skills in English (proficiency in Urdu is a plus)
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
- Familiarity with library software systems (e.g. Dewey Decimal Classification)
- Passion for promoting literacy and lifelong learning
