Equipment Operator



We are looking for a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining various types of equipment, such as bulldozers, excavators, and cranes. The ideal candidate should have experience working with heavy machinery and be able to work well in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

- Operate heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, and cranes
- Follow safety guidelines and ensure proper use of equipment
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment
- Communicate effectively with team members to complete tasks efficiently
- Monitor equipment performance and report any issues to supervisor
- Keep accurate records of daily operations and maintenance performed
- Adhere to project timelines and deadlines

Requirements:

- At least 2 years of experience operating heavy equipment in a construction or industrial setting
- Valid driver's license with clean driving record
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and diagrams
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 pounds

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment
- Certification in heavy equipment operation
- Bilingual in Russian and English

Salary: $1700 per month
