Equipment Operator - Ufa, Russia


We are in need of a skilled Equipment Operator to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As an Equipment Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of heavy equipment to perform tasks such as loading and unloading materials, excavating and grading land, and transporting equipment and materials. The ideal candidate will have experience operating heavy equipment, preferably in the construction industry. This is a physically demanding role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment including excavators, bulldozers, loaders, and dump trucks
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment to ensure proper functioning
- Read and interpret job site plans and specifications
- Safely load and unload materials using equipment attachments such as buckets or forks
- Transport materials or equipment to designated areas on the job site
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- Previous experience as an Equipment Operator preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to read and interpret job site plans and specifications
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Strong attention to detail and safety protocols
- Ability to work well in a team environment

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1300 per month for this position.

Location:
This position is based in Ufa, Russia. We welcome applications from all nationalities, however we prefer applicants who are already located in Ufa or willing to relocate at their own expense.
