Commercial Architect

We are hiring a skilled Commercial Architect to join our team in Kaunas, Lithuania. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings, such as offices, retail spaces, and industrial facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and develop customized plans that meet both aesthetic and functional requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Develop detailed designs, including floor plans, elevations, and renderings
- Ensure all designs comply with building codes and zoning regulations
- Create accurate cost estimates for materials and labor
- Oversee construction process to ensure designs are executed correctly
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Communicate regularly with clients to provide updates on project status

We offer a competitive salary of $1100 per month along with attractive benefits package. This is a full-time position that may require some overtime hours. Accommodation can be provided for out-of-town candidates if needed.
