Factory Line Worker

We are in need of a diligent and hardworking Factory Line Worker to join our team in Nairobi. As a Factory Line Worker, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining production equipment, assembling and packaging products, and ensuring that production targets are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain production machinery according to standard operating procedures
- Assemble and package products accurately and efficiently
- Conduct quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet company standards
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or defects
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all safety protocols and regulations while working on the factory floor
- Meet daily production targets set by management
- Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a factory or production setting is preferred but not required
- Strong understanding of production machinery operations is an asset
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines
- Physically fit and able to lift heavy objects as needed
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Good communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus)
- Must be legally eligible to work in Nairobi without sponsorship

This is a full-time position offering a salary of $1200 per month. The working hours may vary depending on the needs of the factory. We welcome applications from all nationalities, but preference will be given to Indian candidates. This job does not require English proficiency, making it suitable for non-native speakers. It is also open to part-time workers who do not require accommodation or have their own visa. Freshers are encouraged to apply as training will be provided on the job.
