Administrative Assistant for International Organization in Albena
We are a reputable international organization based in Albena, seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Assistant to join our team. This role requires a candidate with excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to the organization's team members
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and arrange meetings
- Coordinate travel arrangements and process travel expenses
- Prepare and edit documents, including letters, reports, and presentations
- Maintain electronic and paper filing systems
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Assist with event planning and coordination
- Support the recruitment process by scheduling interviews and maintaining candidate records
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant or similar role
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
