As an IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the company's information technology infrastructure and ensuring its smooth functioning. Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies to support the overall business objectives
- Manage the company's network, servers, and other IT systems to ensure optimal performance
- Monitor system security and data backup procedures to protect against cyber threats or data loss
- Oversee the installation and maintenance of hardware and software systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions
- Manage a team of IT professionals and provide leadership, guidance, and training as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role as an IT Manager or similar position
- Strong knowledge of network security protocols, hardware/software installation and maintenance, database management, etc.
