Personal Trainer

As a Personal Trainer, you will be responsible for creating personalized fitness plans and providing one-on-one training sessions for clients. You must have a strong understanding of exercise science, nutrition, and human anatomy to create effective and safe workouts for clients of all ages and fitness levels. Additionally, you will be required to motivate and support clients in achieving their fitness goals.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness assessments and consultations with clients to understand their goals and limitations
- Develop personalized workout plans based on client's goals, fitness level, and any existing health conditions
- Provide one-on-one training sessions to clients, ensuring proper form and technique
- Continuously monitor client progress and make adjustments to the workout plan as needed
- Educate clients on proper nutrition and lifestyle habits to support their fitness journey
- Motivate and encourage clients during training sessions to help them reach their full potential
- Maintain a clean and safe workout environment at all times
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, new exercises, and techniques to enhance client experience

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Trainer or in a related field
- Strong knowledge of exercise science, nutrition, and human anatomy
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Ability to adapt workouts for clients with different needs or limitations
- Must have a valid personal trainer certification from a recognized organization
- Experience working with diverse populations is preferred
Salary: $1000 per month (negotiable based on experience)
Location: Chelyabinsk, Russia (visa sponsorship available)
Employment Type: Full-time (40 hours per week)
Preferred Nationality: Kenyan
Language Requirement: English fluency
Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent
