We are hiring for an entry-level Smelter Operator to join our team in Pula, Croatia. As a Smelter Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the equipment used to melt and refine metals. This is a physically demanding job, requiring you to work in hot and noisy environments.

Responsibilities:
- Monitor and control the smelting process to ensure proper melting and refining of metals
- Adjust temperature and pressure settings as needed
- Inspect equipment for any malfunctions or abnormalities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment
- Record data on production and quality control measures
- Adhere to safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred
- Ability to work in hot and noisy environments for extended periods of time
- Physically fit with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds
