We are hiring a highly skilled Database Administrator to join our team in Moscow. As a Database Administrator, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our company's databases, ensuring their security, integrity, and performance. You will also be involved in database design, optimization, and troubleshooting. This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented individual with strong technical skills and a strong understanding of database management systems.

Responsibilities:
- Install and configure database software
- Monitor database performance and make necessary adjustments
- Troubleshoot database issues and provide solutions
- Conduct regular backups to ensure data security
- Implement security measures to protect sensitive data
- Develop and maintain database documentation
- Work closely with development teams to design efficient and effective databases
- Perform data migrations as needed
- Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure system compatibility

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or relevant field
- Proven experience as a Database Administrator or similar role
- Strong knowledge of SQL and database management systems (MySQL, Oracle, SQL Server)
- Experience with database design, optimization, backup & recovery, and performance tuning
- Knowledge of data integrity and security practices
- Familiarity with programming languages (Java, Python) is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
