Nepali Barista (Seasonal)



A popular coffee shop in Ashdod is seeking a skilled Nepali Barista to join our team for the upcoming seasonal period. As a Barista, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and crafting high-quality coffee and tea beverages.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders
- Prepare and serve hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and other specialty drinks
- Ensure all orders are made to the customer's specifications and preferences
- Handle cash transactions and maintain a balanced cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including brewing equipment, countertops, and tables
- Communicate with customers about our products and make recommendations based on their preferences
- Uphold food safety standards and proper hygiene practices at all times
- Assist with stocking supplies, inventory management, and ordering as needed

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a barista or in a similar role is preferred but not required
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to interact with diverse customers
- Knowledge of different types of coffee beans, teas, brewing methods, and latte art is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Strong communication skills in English or Hebrew (knowledge of both languages is an advantage)
- Must have valid working papers in Israel

This is a seasonal job without accommodation provided. However, we offer competitive salary (starting at 1400$ per month) plus tips.
