We are currently hiring for a Data Analytics Specialist to join our growing team in Vilnius. As a Data Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analyzing large sets of data and providing insights to support business decisions. The ideal candidate will have experience in data analysis, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to work with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze data from multiple sources
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics
- Identify patterns and trends in data to provide insights for business decisions
- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in data analytics

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify patterns and trends in complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with large datasets using programming languages such as Python or R
- Knowledge of statistical analysis methods and techniques
- Familiarity with machine learning concepts
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
