We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Barista to join our team in Atlanta. As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks and snacks to our customers with excellent customer service. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who is passionate about coffee and has strong communication skills.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly manner and take their orders accurately
- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold drinks such as coffee, tea, smoothies, etc.
- Operate coffee-making equipment and maintain cleanliness of the work area
- Suggest menu items based on customer preferences and upsell products
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of sales
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Maintain inventory levels of supplies and notify management when stock needs to be replenished
- Follow health and safety guidelines at all times to ensure a clean and hygienic environment
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operation of the cafe

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in hospitality or related field is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Barista or similar role in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of coffee-making techniques, latte art skills are an asset
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Friendly demeanor with strong customer service skills
- Physically able to stand for long periods of time
- Must have legal authorization to work in the USA

Salary:
$1100 per month

This is a seasonal job with the possibility of permanent employment for exceptional candidates.

No prior experience is necessary as we provide training for new employees. However, previous experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
