Radio Technician



We are seeking a skilled Radio Technician to join our team in Atlanta. As a Radio Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing radio equipment for broadcasting and communication purposes. Your duties will include troubleshooting technical issues, conducting routine inspections and maintenance, and ensuring that all equipment is functioning properly.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronics and experience working with radio equipment. Knowledge of FCC regulations and procedures is also required. The ability to work independently and problem solve is essential in this role.

Responsibilities:

- Install, maintain, and repair radio equipment for broadcasting and communication purposes
- Troubleshoot technical issues with radio equipment
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on radio equipment
- Ensure that all equipment is functioning properly
- Maintain accurate records of work performed
- Keep up-to-date with FCC regulations and procedures
- Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years experience working as a Radio Technician or in a similar role
- Strong background in electronics
- Knowledge of FCC regulations and procedures
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds

Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

City: Atlanta (open to candidates from other cities within the United States)
