Head Baker


We are a well-established bakery in Mombasa, known for our delicious and freshly baked goods. Our company is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Head Baker to join our team. As the Head Baker, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire baking process and ensuring that our products meet our high-quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Plan and organize the daily production schedule for the bakery
- Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries, cakes, and other baked goods
- Ensure that all products are made with high-quality ingredients and meet food safety standards
- Train and supervise junior bakers in proper techniques and recipes
- Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Develop new recipes to keep up with current trends in the baking industry

Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience working as a professional Baker
- Extensive knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Excellent time management skills to ensure timely completion of orders
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to train and motivate junior staff members
- Biometric passport or Canadian nationality preferred

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is $1100 per month, with potential for growth based on performance.
