We are hiring a skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our growing team in Eldoret, Kenya. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicles to their original condition. Your main duties will include assessing and diagnosing damage, preparing estimates, performing repairs, and ensuring quality control standards are met.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments of vehicle damage and determine necessary repairs
- Prepare accurate estimates for time and cost of repairs
- Perform bodywork repairs including dent removal, panel replacement, and paint work
- Ensure all repairs are completed according to manufacturer standards and safety regulations
- Monitor progress of repairs and make adjustments as needed
- Communicate with customers about repair process and provide updates on timelines
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Body Repair Master or similar role in the automotive industry
- Solid knowledge of vehicle repair techniques, materials, and equipment
- Understanding of manufacturer standards and safety regulations for vehicle repair
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, diagrams, or technical manuals
- Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional certification or training in automotive repair is preferred
- Minimum 5 years of experience in bodywork repair
- Own visa or valid work permit for Kenya is required
Salary:
Salary for this position starts at $1300 per month but may be negotiable based on experience.
