Indian Painter in Shan


We are searching for an experienced Indian Painter to join our team in Shan. As a Painter, you will be responsible for preparing surfaces and applying paint, varnish, or other finishes to various structures such as buildings, furniture, or equipment.

Responsibilities:
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning and sanding them before priming and painting
- Mix and match paints to achieve desired colors
- Apply paint, varnish, or other finishes using brushes, rollers or sprayers
- Cover surfaces with drop cloths or masking tape to protect surrounding areas
- Repair any damages or imperfections on surfaces before painting
- Ensure proper ventilation in work area while using paints and chemicals
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Communicate with clients to discuss color options and any specific requests

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Painter with a portfolio of past projects
- Knowledge of different painting techniques and tools
- Ability to mix and match paints to achieve desired colors
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Physical stamina for standing, bending, and lifting for extended periods of time
- Time-management skills to meet project deadlines
- Good communication skills for interacting with clients
