Part-Time Industrial Architect
Location: Funchal, Portugal (Preference for Portuguese nationals)


We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Architect to join our team on a part-time basis in Funchal. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing, planning, and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and facilities. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and efficient designs that meet their requirements.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, REVIT, and other architectural design software
- Strong understanding of building codes and regulations
- Excellent communication and project management skills

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project goals, budget, and timeline
- Prepare preliminary sketches and designs based on client requirements
- Develop detailed plans, blueprints, and technical drawings using architectural software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, fire regulations, etc.
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure accurate implementation of designs
- Monitor construction progress to ensure adherence to plans and specifications

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.
