Junior Caregiver

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Junior Caregiver to join our team in Funchal. As a caregiver, you will provide assistance with daily activities and personal care for elderly or disabled individuals. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone without experience in caregiving, but with a genuine interest in helping others.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Prepare and serve meals according to dietary restrictions
- Administer medications as directed by healthcare professionals
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Perform light housekeeping duties to maintain a clean and safe environment
- Accompany clients on errands or appointments as needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- No prior experience required; training will be provided
- Compassionate and patient nature
- Ability to handle physical demands of the job, such as lifting and assisting with mobility
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese language skills would be an asset)
