We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Porto, Portugal. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support and assistance to ensure efficient operation of the office.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors, answer and direct phone calls
- Manage office supplies and equipment
- Organize and maintain filing systems
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, memos, and reports
- Assist with data entry and record keeping
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Perform basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and tracking expenses

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Fluent in Portuguese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively

Salary: 1500$ per month
