Job Title: Commercial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and creative Commercial Architect to join our team in Faro, Portugal. As a Commercial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings such as offices, retail spaces, and warehouses. You must have at least 5 years of experience in commercial architecture and be able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their needs and requirements for commercial building projects
- Develop design concepts and present them to clients for approval
- Prepare detailed drawings, plans, and specifications using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with engineers and contractors to ensure that all building codes and regulations are followed
- Monitor construction progress and make necessary design changes if needed
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in commercial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD or similar)
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and sustainability principles
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with clients, engineers, contractors, and other team members
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1400$ per month based on qualifications and experience.

This position is located in Faro, one of the most beautiful cities in Portugal known for its stunning beaches, historic sites, and vibrant culture.
