As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our company's products and services to clients in St-Petersburg, Russia. Your main goal will be to increase sales and revenue by building strong relationships with new and existing customers. You will also work closely with our marketing team to develop effective sales strategies and identify potential business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and social media
- Understand the needs of potential customers and provide appropriate solutions to meet their requirements
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop targeted promotional campaigns
- Attend industry events and conferences to stay updated on market trends and competitors' activities
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets as required by management
- Monitor market trends, customer preferences, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities
- Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with clients while adhering to company policies

Requirements:
- Fluency in Russian is preferred but not required; proficiency in English is a plus
- Proven work experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role in a similar industry is preferred but not required
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Target-driven mindset with a passion for meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools is an advantage
