Sales Manager for Indian Market in St. Petersburg, Russia
As a Sales Manager for the Indian market in St. Petersburg, Russia, you will be responsible for driving sales and business development in the Indian market. You will be expected to build and maintain relationships with clients, identify new business opportunities, and consistently meet sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate the Indian market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients
- Identify new business opportunities through market research and networking
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients
- Regularly report on sales performance and provide insights for improvement
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products/services to clients
Requirements:
- A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the Indian market
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken), knowledge of additional languages is a plus
- Strong understanding of sales techniques and strategies
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Willingness to travel as needed
