We are searching for a motivated and skilled Junior Electrical Engineer to join our team in Ufa, Russia. As a Junior Electrical Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting the senior engineers in the design, development, and maintenance of electrical systems. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of electrical engineering principles and possess excellent problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:
- Assist senior engineers with the design, development, and maintenance of electrical systems.
- Conduct research and gather data to assist in the development of new products or processes.
- Perform calculations and analysis to ensure designs meet technical specifications.
- Collaborate with other engineers to solve complex problems and improve existing designs.
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Test and troubleshoot electrical systems to identify and resolve any issues.
- Develop cost estimates for projects and provide input on budgeting decisions.
- Participate in project meetings and provide updates on progress.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of electrical engineering principles.
- Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software.
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Requirements:
While not required, candidates who possess the following qualifications will be given preference:
- Previous experience working as an Electrical Engineer or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with industry-specific software such as ETAP or SKM PowerTools.
- Fluency in both English and Russian languages.
