Team Lead



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Team Lead to join our dynamic team in Herzliya. This role is perfect for a natural leader who has a passion for developing and mentoring others.

As the Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing a team of English-speaking professionals from Kenya. Your main goal will be to ensure that the team meets their targets and delivers high-quality work while maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations of the team, including scheduling, task allocation, and performance management
- Provide regular feedback and coaching to team members to help them reach their full potential
- Monitor and analyze team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and alignment on company goals
- Act as a point of contact for client escalations and provide timely resolutions
- Participate in recruitment and onboarding of new team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in an English-speaking environment
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to multitask and manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Fluent written and spoken English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Availability to work part-time hours (20 hours per week)
- Experience working with diverse teams is preferred
