IT Support Specialist



We are seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team in Sheduva, offering competitive salary of 1600$. This position is open to Indian nationals with experience in computer support. As an IT Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our clients, troubleshooting and resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining network and system security.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems, networks, and software
- Maintain network and system security through regular updates and backups
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex technical problems
- Document technical processes and procedures for future reference
- Train clients on new technology or software updates

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Proven experience as an IT Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems (Windows and Mac) and networks (LAN/WAN)
- Familiarity with remote desktop applications and help desk software
- Ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
