Sales Manager - Indian Market (Mombasa)
As a Sales Manager for our company's Indian market in Mombasa, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic plans. Your main goal will be to increase our market share and expand our customer base in the Indian community.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve company objectives in the Indian market
- Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with existing ones
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competition, and opportunities
- Train and manage a team of sales representatives
- Monitor sales performance and provide reports to upper management
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop effective campaigns targeting the Indian community
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote our products/services
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager or relevant role, preferably in the Indian market
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Strong knowledge of sales techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends or evenings if needed
