Machine Operator



We are hiring a skilled and experienced Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team in Manama. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating various types of machinery to produce high-quality products according to production specifications.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate machines according to production instructions and quality standards
- Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
- Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet quality standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during production
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines while operating machinery

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience operating machines in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions precisely
- Good mechanical skills and understanding of production processes
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods of time and lift heavy objects
- Fluent in English, Arabic language skills preferred
