As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final touches on various projects, ensuring that they meet high standards and client expectations. Key Responsibilities:

- Apply finishing touches to completed projects, such as sanding, staining, and painting
- Inspect finished products for flaws or defects and make necessary adjustments
- Follow project specifications and instructions from supervisors
- Maintain clean and organized work area
- Operate power tools and equipment safely
- Communicate with team members to ensure project deadlines are met
- Adhere to all safety regulations and procedures

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a Finisher or in a similar role preferred
- Strong attention to detail and hand-eye coordination
- Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
- Familiarity with power tools and equipment used in finishing work
- Excellent time management skills to meet project deadlines
- Able to work independently as well as part of a team
