Head Chef


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head Chef to join our culinary team at our restaurant in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As an English-speaking establishment, we welcome applications from Filipino nationals who possess exceptional talent in the kitchen. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years experience as an Executive Chef, with a proven track record of creating innovative and delicious dishes.

Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain menu offerings that align with our restaurant's concept and vision
- Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen, ensuring all food is prepared to the highest quality standards
- Train and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to develop their skills
- Manage inventory and ordering of necessary ingredients and supplies
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen environment at all times
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain proper hygiene practices
- Collaborate with management to develop new menu items or special event menus
- Monitor food costs, portion control, and waste management to ensure profitability

Requirements:
- Biometric passport for easy travel between Israel and the Philippines (if applicable)
- Minimum 5 years experience as an Executive Chef or Head Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting
- Culinary degree or equivalent training preferred but not required
- Excellent communication skills in English (Hebrew proficiency is a plus)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
- Creative mindset with a passion for developing new dishes and flavors
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

Salary:
Salary for this position will be $1800 per month, based on experience.
