Architectural Technologist



We are seeking a skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Atlanta, GA. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in the design and development of architectural projects, including creating technical drawings, conducting site surveys, and coordinating with contractors and engineers.

Responsibilities:
- Work closely with architects to develop design concepts and produce technical drawings using AutoCAD or similar software
- Conduct site surveys to gather information and measurements for project planning
- Collaborate with contractors and engineers to ensure that designs are structurally sound and feasible
- Assist in the preparation of project proposals, budgets, and timelines
- Maintain accurate records of project progress and communicate updates to team members
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends, building codes, and regulations to ensure compliance in all projects

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other design software
- Strong understanding of construction methods, building materials, and structural systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Atlanta, GA (candidates must have valid work permit for USA)
