Team Lead - Faisalabad

As a Team Lead in Faisalabad, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals to achieve project goals and meet client expectations. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the team's success by providing guidance, support, and direction. You will also be responsible for monitoring project progress, identifying and resolving issues, and communicating with stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of professionals to deliver high-quality work within deadlines
- Assign tasks and responsibilities to team members based on their skills and strengths
- Monitor project progress and ensure that it meets client expectations
- Identify any issues or roadblocks in the project and take necessary actions to resolve them
- Provide guidance, coaching, and feedback to team members to improve their performance
- Communicate with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any concerns they may have
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with the project outcome
- Conduct regular team meetings to discuss progress, address challenges, and plan next steps

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Computer Science)
- Minimum of 2 years experience in a leadership role
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Proven ability to manage teams and deliver results within tight deadlines
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically under pressure
- Proficient in using project management tools (e.g. Asana, Trello)
- Knowledge of agile methodologies is preferred but not required

Salary: 1100$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: This is a contract job based in Faisalabad. Preference will be given to candidates who are currently residing in or willing to relocate to Faisalabad.
