Puncher Foreman

As a Puncher Foreman, you will be responsible for overseeing the production and quality control of punched metal products. Your duties will include supervising a team of punchers, setting up and operating punch presses, ensuring the accuracy and precision of punched holes, and maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. You will also need to have strong attention to detail, knowledge of different types of metals and their properties, and the ability to read technical drawings. This role is based in Osijek and does not offer accommodation. Women are encouraged to apply. This position is open to Indian nationals with their own visa.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the production process of punched metal products
- Supervise a team of punchers
- Set up and operate punch presses
- Ensure the accuracy and precision of punched holes
- Maintain a safe working environment
- Read technical drawings to ensure correct specifications are met
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary materials
- Train new employees on proper punching techniques
- Communicate with other departments to ensure timely production deadlines are met

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 3 years experience as a Puncher or in a similar role
- Proficient in operating punch presses
- Knowledge of different types of metals and their properties
- Ability to read technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Supervisory experience preferred

Salary: $1300 per month (negotiable based on experience)
