Crane Operator - Lom



We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and motivated Crane Operator to join our team in Lom. As a Crane Operator, you will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of various types of cranes, including mobile, tower, and overhead cranes. This position requires a strong attention to detail, excellent hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work well under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate cranes according to safety regulations and industry standards
- Perform pre-operational inspections of equipment and report any issues or malfunctions
- Safely load and unload materials from trucks or ships using the crane
- Follow instructions from ground crew and communicate effectively via radio or hand signals
- Maintain accurate records of daily activities, including materials moved and maintenance performed on equipment
- Ensure the work area is kept clean and free of hazards at all times
- Report any safety hazards or incidents immediately to supervisors

Requirements:
- Valid certification as a Crane Operator
- Minimum of 2 years experience operating various types of cranes
- Strong mechanical aptitude with the ability to troubleshoot issues with equipment
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in outdoor environments
- Knowledge of safety regulations related to crane operations
- Excellent communication skills in English (Filipino language skills preferred but not required)
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and overtime as needed

Salary:
