Executive Pastry Chef
We are seeking an experienced and creative Executive Pastry Chef to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. As the head of our pastry department, you will be responsible for developing and executing a variety of sweet and savory pastries for our restaurant. This role requires strong leadership skills, as you will oversee a team of pastry cooks and assistants.
Responsibilities:
- Develop new and innovative pastry recipes that align with our menu concept
- Train and supervise pastry cooks and assistants
- Maintain inventory and order necessary ingredients
- Ensure all pastries are prepared to high quality standards and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other chefs to create harmonious menu offerings
- Oversee the presentation of pastries in accordance with company standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience as an Executive Pastry Chef or similar role
- Culinary degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and train a team
- Creative mindset with the ability to develop new recipes
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Salary: $1200/month
