We are currently seeking a skilled Pastry Chef to join our team in Izhevsk, Russia. Our ideal candidate is passionate about creating delectable desserts and has a strong background in baking and pastry arts. As a Pastry Chef, you will be responsible for preparing and decorating a variety of pastries, cakes, and other sweet treats for our customers. You must have excellent time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Attention to detail, creativity, and a strong understanding of flavor profiles are essential for success in this role. Previous experience as a Pastry Chef and knowledge of Russian desserts is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and bake various types of pastries, cakes, and desserts according to recipes
- Decorate pastries using different techniques such as icing, glazing, piping, etc.
- Ensure that all products meet quality standards
- Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies needed for pastry production
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to develop new dessert options
- Train new pastry cooks on proper techniques and procedures
- Comply with sanitation regulations and safety standards
- Adhere to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Pastry Chef or similar role
- Knowledge of Russian desserts is preferred but not required
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and pastry decoration methods
- Creative mindset with an eye for detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to work efficiently under pressure
- Ability to read and follow recipes accurately
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well in a team environment

Education:
A degree in culinary arts or relevant field is preferred but not required.

Salary:
Starting salary for this position is 1600$ per month.

Location:
This position is based in Izhevsk, Russia.
