Online Consultant (Indian Nationality) - Contract Position in Kaunas


We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Online Consultant with Indian nationality to join our team in Kaunas. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing consultative support to our online customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills in English and previous experience in a customer service or sales role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service through online chat, email, and phone communication
- Understand customer needs and offer appropriate solutions and recommendations
- Maintain a positive attitude while handling customer inquiries and concerns
- Ensure timely response to all customer inquiries and follow-up as needed
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve any issues or escalations
- Meet or exceed individual performance targets and contribute to the overall success of the team

Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer service or sales role
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with customers
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to work on a contract basis with the potential for extension
