Industrial Alpinist

As an Industrial Alpinist, you will be responsible for performing various industrial tasks at elevated heights, such as maintenance, repair, and installation of structures and equipment. This role requires physical strength, endurance, and technical expertise in rope access techniques.

Responsibilities:
- Perform industrial tasks at elevated heights using rope access techniques
- Conduct safety checks and adhere to all safety protocols while working at height
- Perform maintenance, repair, and installation of structures and equipment
- Work closely with team members to ensure efficient completion of tasks
- Follow all relevant regulations and guidelines for industrial work

Requirements:
- Fearless attitude towards working at height
- Physically fit with excellent strength and endurance
- Proficient in rope access techniques
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines rigorously
- Excellent teamwork skills

Salary:
Starting salary for this full-time position is $1500 per month. Additional compensation may be provided based on experience and performance.

Experience:
No prior experience in industrial alpinism is required for this role. However, candidates with previous experience in industrial work or rope access will be given preference.

Location:
This position is based in Kaunas, Lithuania - the second largest city in the country known for its rich culture and beautiful landscapes. While proficiency in English is not required for this job, fluency in Lithuanian would be advantageous.
