Junior Accountant
City: Utena, Lithuania


We are hiring a Junior Accountant to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As a Junior Accountant, you will be responsible for assisting with various accounting tasks and ensuring the accuracy of financial records. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or individuals looking to gain experience in the accounting field.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks such as data entry, preparing invoices and bank deposits
- Verify the accuracy of financial documents and make necessary corrections
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card transactions
- Prepare and file tax returns and other compliance documents
- Support the preparation of financial statements and reports
- Communicate with clients regarding their accounts and provide assistance as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (or currently pursuing)
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Fluency in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Prior experience is not required but highly preferred

Salary:
This is a contract position with a salary of 1200$ per month.

Note: This job is open to all nationalities. However, candidates who already have their own visa to work in Lithuania will be given priority.
