Concierge Supervisor

As a Concierge Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the concierge team and ensuring excellent customer service for guests. You will be the main point of contact for guests, providing information and assistance with their needs. This position requires fluency in English and previous experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise the concierge team and ensure they are providing exceptional customer service
- Train new team members on company policies and procedures
- Manage guest requests and provide timely and accurate responses
- Keep up-to-date with local events, attractions, and services to provide recommendations to guests
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when handling guest inquiries or complaints
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction
- Monitor guest feedback and take necessary actions to improve services

Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are considered a plus
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Concierge or similar role in a hotel or hospitality industry
- Strong communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
- Knowledge of local events, attractions, and services preferred
