Plumber Supervisor


We are searching for a skilled and experienced Plumber Supervisor to join our team in Remish. As a Plumber Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing a team of plumbers, ensuring that all work is completed efficiently and to the highest quality standards.

In this role, you will be expected to have extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and techniques, as well as experience in supervising and training others. You will also need strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with both team members and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and manage a team of plumbers, including scheduling work assignments, providing guidance and training
- Inspect plumbing work done by team members to ensure quality standards are met
- Coordinate with suppliers for necessary materials and equipment
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of plumbing codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during projects
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion within budget constraints

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plumber Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry
- Extensive knowledge of plumbing systems and techniques
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail with the ability to identify problems and provide effective solutions
- Ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
- Biometric passport preferred but not required
- Experience working without accommodation preferred but not required
- Must have biometric passport if not from India

Salary:
$1400 per month
