Salary: $1500 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead of the game
- Actively participate in product development by providing feedback from clients
- Work closely with marketing team to develop effective campaigns and promotional activities
- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market insights to management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Train, coach, and motivate the sales team to achieve their targets

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 3 years of proven sales experience in a similar industry/role
- Strong track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English (knowledge of other languages is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop others
