- Manage inventory and ordering of ingredients to maintain proper stock levels
- Train and supervise other pastry staff members as needed
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to create cohesive menus

Requirements:
- Proven experience working as a Pastry Chef in a professional kitchen setting
- In-depth knowledge of baking techniques and procedures
- Creativity and an eye for detail when it comes to presentation of pastries
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high quality standards
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills with the ability to lead and train others if needed
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices

Salary:
