Industrial Architect


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Gujrat, India. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings and structures. Your role will involve working closely with clients to understand their needs, developing plans and designs, coordinating with engineers and contractors, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial design principles, excellent technical skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. This is a contract position with visa sponsorship available.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements and develop design concepts that meet their needs
- Create detailed plans and drawings using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure that designs are feasible and cost-effective
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that projects are completed according to specifications
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Keep up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in industrial design

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong proficiency in CAD software
- Excellent understanding of building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- Experience working on industrial projects in India or similar regions
- Knowledge of sustainable design principles for industrial buildings

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this contract position.

Location:
This position is located in Gujrat, India. While we prefer local candidates who are already authorized to work in India, we are open to providing visa sponsorship for the right candidate.
