We are a roofing company based in Ufa, seeking skilled and reliable Roofers to join our team. As a Roofer, you will be responsible for repairing and installing various types of roofing systems, including shingles, tiles, and flat roofs. You must have experience working with different roofing materials and possess strong knowledge of safety procedures.

Responsibilities:
- Inspect roofs for damage and determine the best course of action
- Repair or replace damaged roofing materials
- Install new roofs on residential or commercial buildings
- Ensure all work is completed according to safety guidelines and regulations
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on progress and address any concerns

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Roofer or similar role
- Extensive knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques
- Ability to work at heights and in varying weather conditions
- Good physical stamina and strength
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Optional:
- Previous experience working with specific materials such as metal, slate, or wood shingles
- Relevant certifications or training in roofing techniques
