Online Consultant for English Speaking Kenyans in Ashdod

We are hiring an English speaking online consultant to provide virtual support and assistance to our Kenyan clients in Ashdod. As an online consultant, you will be responsible for responding to client inquiries, providing product or service information, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have. This is a remote position that does not require any previous experience or relocation.

Responsibilities:
- Communicate with clients through various online platforms such as email, chat, and social media
- Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries
- Assist with product or service selection and provide relevant information
- Resolve client complaints and escalate issues when necessary
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times

Requirements:
- Must be a fluent English speaker with excellent communication skills
- Kenyan nationality preferred but not required
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Basic knowledge of computer systems and internet usage
- Prior customer service experience is a plus but not required

Salary: 1400$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Ashdod, Israel (remote position)
