Online Consultant (Part-Time) - Ashdod, Israel


We are in search of a self-motivated and tech-savvy Online Consultant to join our team in Ashdod, Israel. As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients through various online platforms. This is a part-time position, suitable for Indians living in Ashdod who are looking for a flexible work schedule.

Responsibilities:
- Responding promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and concerns through online channels such as email, chat, and social media
- Providing technical support for our products and services, including troubleshooting technical issues and guiding customers through the resolution process
- Maintaining accurate records of all customer interactions and transactions
- Collaborating with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge and industry developments to effectively assist customers

Requirements:
- Fluency in English (Hebrew is a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Familiarity with online platforms and social media tools
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays

Salary:
This is a part-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Location:
This role is based in Ashdod, Israel. Applicants must already be living in or willing to relocate to Ashdod.
